Our infant program is licensed for 14 infants in two rooms with 4 full time teachers. We offer two rooms a young infant room with age ranges of 4 weeks to 12 months and an older infant younger toddler room with age ranges of 12 months to two years. At The Children's Village Mansfield your infant will receive personal, individual attention based on their own schedules and needs. Infants are provided many opportunities throughout the day to learn and practice new skills such as rolling over, sitting up, crawling, and walking. In each of the infant rooms we use the Highreach curriculum to help the infants reach their developemental milestones. We also provide progress reports every three months using the Ounce Scale to track your childs milestones.

 

Our infant staff not only provide your child with routine care but they work with each child to help them meet their developemental milestones. Infants gets quarterly progress reports to help staff and parents track their progress. Infants also receive a daily report for parents to read about their day as well as a verbal report from their teacher each evening at pick up.
